Don’t pre order the Samsung Galaxy S III just yet
News, Rumors March 17, 2012 633 views 0 CommentsAlthough the Samsung Galaxy S3 hasn’t even been announced, there are already some stores that allow you to pre order Samsung’s next flagship device. Today another store announced that the Galaxy S3 is available for pre order for $800.
I would like to take this opportunity to warn everyone. Don’t pre order it, the S3 hasn’t even been announced yet and all the specs still remain unknown. So yes, the specifications you see those stores use are fake and probably not what the new Galaxy phone will look like.
Another thing to consider is the price tag, which is still unknown. You might end up loosing a lot of money!
When looking at the sites that already allow you to pre order the phone, one question comes to mind. What is the Samsung Galaxy S3 going to cost?

The 'Samsung Galaxy S3' as advertised and available for pre order
What will the Samsung Galaxy S3 price be?
When we take a look at how Samsung currently prices its products, the Samsung Galaxy S3 would get a similar price to the Samsung Galaxy S2. For example, with the release of the S2, the S1 went down in price and the S1 was replaced by the S2. We think a similar thing will happen once the Samsung Galaxy S3 arrives. The S2 will go down in price (to remain attractive) and the S3 will take its place with a similar price tag as the S2 had. Or not?
With the rumored specifications (a full HD screen, quad core CPU etc.) Samsung might not be able to produce it for that price and might increase its price to a similar level the Apple iPhone has. Eldar Murtazin has already stated that the Galaxy S3 will have a similar price tag to the new iPhone (700 euro)
Is this to expensive? If the specifications are right, it will be totally worth it. And of course, as with every mobile phone after the initial release prices will drop fast to a more affordable level. How much do you think the Samsung Galaxy S3 is going to cost?
