Today, the European Imaging and Sound Association (EISA) has announced the winners for the year 2012-2013. In the category mobile phones, the Samsung Galaxy S3 has won the award for the best mobile phone.

EISA is an organization that represents 50 different magazines out of the various European countries and they have been handing out awards based on the reviews done by the 50 magazines since 1982.

Why the Galaxy S3 is the best phone according to EISA

When we have a look at the reasons why the Galaxy S3 has won the award, we can see that it is because of the various new technologies that made their way onto the Galaxy S3. S-Voice, smart Stay and Direct call, they all made the way you use your phone more user friendly.

Next to the new features, of course the impressive specifications of the Galaxy S3 also helped win the EISA award. Interesting to note is that the winner of last year was the, yes, Galaxy S2. So Samsung has done a great job keeping up there quality.
