We already posted the TV commercial that is currently being broadcast in the States a week ago. Below you can see the international version of the TV commercial.

Although the approach is similar (display the new features of the Galaxy S3 in various situations), the scenes are different. Another thing to note is that while in the US version a voice over explains the various functions, in the international version we just hear some beautiful mood setting music.

With the announcement of the new version of Android earlier this week by Google, it was just a matter of time before Samsung would release an official statement regarding the new Android version.

To our surprise, this statement has come rather fast. What we can learn from the statement is that Galaxy Nexus and Galaxy Nexus S users will be the first to enjoy Jelly Bean. In the statement Samsung also mentions the Galaxy S3, so assume that the Galaxy S3 will get an update to Android 4.1

Since Android 2.2 (called Froyo), Android has supported Adobe flash. Flash is used on many websites nowadays to offer rich media, like for example movies and videos.

With the arrival of Jelly Bean (the latest version of Android), Android will no longer support flash. This doesn’t come as a surprise, because Adobe announced that they would no longer support mobile devices a while ago.

This is going to be a huge miss for everyone on a mobile device (Apple never supported flash from the start) since a lot of websites use flash nowadays.

Just weeks after the release of the Samsung Galaxy S3, Samsung has launched its first OTA (Over The Air) firmware update that should improve the stability of your phone

Your phone should automatically notify you of the available update and you can download it using Wi-Fi or 3G. The 31mb update should improve the stability of your phone.

Yesterday Samsung released its new mobile music service called the Music Hub. This mobile service is now available for the Galaxy S3 in the UK, France, Germany and Spain. Support for other countries and devices will follow at a later date.

Music Hub is Samsung’s answer to popular services like spotify and iTunes. By downloading the free app from the market, you will get streaming access to over 19 million songs.

A free plan is available that allows you to listen to x songs a month, for an unlimited plan you will have to pay 10 euro / month.

The video starts with showing the design of the Galaxy S3. After this Samsung of course shows one of the unique selling points of the Galaxy S3, its amazing display.

It is interesting to note that when talking about performance, Samsung never mentions that the Galaxy S3 is powered by a 1.4 GHz quad core CPU, while its competitor the HTC really shows of with stats like this.
